ISD Academy campus provides ten different facilities, each one hand-picked and implemented with the sole purpose of creating the perfect environment for sports development. Click on each of the below icons to expand upon each facility:
Football
Inspiratus Sports District is home to five beautiful, FIFA-standard and UAEFA-approved football pitches, including three outdoor natural grass, one outdoor artificial turf, and one indoor full-size 3G turf pitch. Each of these fields is maintained at the highest of international standards and are utilized by professional teams from Europe and Asia, various Dubai football leagues, and ISD’s LaLiga Football Academy.
Footlab
Launched in June of 2021 by football legend Rui Costa, Footlab Dubai has become a lively destination for athletes of all levels of skill. Players are led through four individual stations that measure speed, dribbling technique, kick power, and touch accuracy, followed by four group stations - Challenge, Footvolley, Street Soccer, and Five-a-Side. Each provide an exciting method of close-quarters training that many professional clubs throughout Europe and Asia have adopted into their own regimens.
Tennis
ISD Tennis’ four state-of-the-art, floodlit, outdoor tennis courts provide the best setting for student-athletes to train, develop, and mature into distinguished professionals. Adjacent to the courts is the brand new indoor ISD Padel building which boasts a racket-specific training and workout area for tennis and padel players.
Athletics
Inspiratus Sports District’s stadium is home to a well-maintained, Olympic-standard 9-lane running track with seating for up to 2,500 spectators. Within the stadium are two full-size football and rugby pitches that are utilized for javelin, shotput, and discus! Also on site are top-notch facilities for high jump, long jump, and triple jump, with plans to add additional jump pits, mats, and throw circles soon.
Padel
Opening in April of 2022, ISD Padel is the new home of the sport in the UAE. With three pristine outdoor courts and a state-of-the-art indoor facility including six courts, seating for 500+, racket-specific warm-up areas, and a nutritious cafe, ISD padel will play host to our academy players and the highest level of professional players and tournaments for years to come.
ISD Sports Science

The ISD Sports Science Performance Lab is a state-of-the-art strength, conditioning, and recovery facility focused on optimizing athletic performance.
measure: Through baseline testing and periodic measurement, athletes can measure their progress and performance over time. Data is collected using cutting edge sports science technologies which allow our talented team of physiotherapists and personal trainers to craft individual strength and conditioning programs.
perform: ISD Sports Science's performance programs evolve around the latest advances and available research in Sports Science applying technology and equipment used by elite level athletes, international teams, and top Olympic training facilities.
recover: ISD Sports Science Performance Lab brings the best recovery technologies from elite athletics programs around the world and makes them available to budding student-athletes at ISD Academy. Advanced technologies are used for daily recovery regime, including cryotherapy, magneto therapy, oxygen therapy, and anti-gravity treadmills.
